LeGrand Elebash brings over two decades of real estate experience to every transaction, drawing on a career that spans project management, development, and brokerage. That range of perspective has built him a loyal clientele, a deep network across the Lowcountry, and a reputation as one of the top real estate agents in the Charleston area — he is consistently ranked in the top 1% of all Charleston-area Realtors, having managed over $220 million in transactions for his clients since 2020.
Charleston-raised, LeGrand grew up steeped in real estate and design: his father worked on Kiawah Island's early development, his mother was an interior designer, and his stepfather a prominent developer. After attending St. Paul's School and Yale University, he served nine years as a Marine Corps F/A-18 fighter pilot before earning his MBA from Harvard Business School in 2001.
Back in Charleston, LeGrand joined Rivers Enterprises and later became COO of the I'On Group, overseeing master planning and construction for the acclaimed I'On community and other Lowcountry developments. In 2008, he moved his family to St. Kitts for four years to launch Christophe Harbor, a 2,500-acre luxury resort. Since returning home, he has focused full-time on residential real estate.
LeGrand and his wife, Allison, an interior designer, have two adult children and have long called I'On home. Both are active in the community: LeGrand's past board memberships include Operation Home, Charleston Moves, and Spoleto Festival USA, and he and Allison actively support Hope to Home Furniture Resource.
When he's not working, LeGrand can be found walking the Lowcountry's beautiful trails with Allison and their dog, Bennie, or enjoying Charleston's food scene — champagne in hand.
