Victoria Smith has been an integral part of the Elebash team for the past five years, contributing to 115 closed transactions and more than $236 million in sales. Born and raised in Conway, South Carolina, she has spent most of her life along the South Carolina coast, graduating from Coastal Carolina University before spending time in Nashville and eventually making her way to Charleston, drawn by the city's perfect balance of urban energy and coastal living.
Her passion for real estate took root early, spending summers assisting her father at his real estate law firm. Victoria started her Charleston real estate career working alongside top-producing brokers while growing her own business, and she also brings a background in marketing from her work with nonprofits and other organizations — expertise she now applies to give her clients a professional, effective strategy for listing their homes.
